We Have Moved from Suite 1336 to Suite 800
Today represents the 10th anniversary of the Epi Center MedSpa's presence in San Francisco and TODAY we open the doors to our new Eco MedSpa on the 8th floor of the 450 Sutter Building. The Epi Center MedSpa, the nation's original medical spa, will be achieving another first with the opening of our eco-medspa, bringing nature and science together for a more naturally beautiful you ' and more beautiful planet. Today we open the doors to our LEED-certified space to commemorate both our 10th anniversary and Earth Day. We now combine our safe beauty enhancing medical procedures with the most effective organic treatments and healthy environment to create a naturally vibrant and youthful appearance with minimal downtime. 
We worked with leaders in eco-architecture and designed a luxurious medical spa with the highest level LEED certification attainable. Eric Corey Freed, founder of oraganic Architect and author of Green Building and Remolding for Dummies, ensured that we conformed to the strict standards established by the U.S. Green Building Council.
Eco-Fabulous founder and style guru Zem Joaquin served as the 'green style policeâ? for the project, ensuring that its design adhered to architect and designer William McDonough's strict 'Cradle to Cradleâ? standards. Cradle to Cradle means as many aspects of the medspa as possible are designed to be in line with natural systems to create a building that allows nature and commerce to co-exist in a way that is supports the health of the planet.
Justin Martinkovic, principal in the San Francisco commercial and residential architecture firm MartinkovicMilford, served as the lead architect on the project.
Will Wick of San Francisco's Wick Design Group designed the interior and Alsterlind Construction Inc. served as the general contractor.
Our new eco-medspa is elegant and inviting, cultivating a San Francisco chic meets eastern simplicity in its design. It is designed using eco materials, from the eco-paints to beautifully sustainable recycled fabrics, flooring, countertops and recycled and FSC-certified wood. It is energy efficient and conserves resources through its lighting, recycling and water filters that will eliminate the need for bottled water. Eco medspa treatments now consists of organic skin care ranging from corrective to luxury pampering facial treatments. Experience the new state-of-the-art microdermabrasion that is crystal free, eschewing the aluminum oxide crystals used in most spas today to create an effective and healthful treatment with long-lasting results, as well as our new organic skin care products. Traditional medical spa treatments will remain on the menu of treatments, being balanced with organic products and a healthful environment to bring out natural beauty holistically Stop by any time for a quick tour of the new facility and to learn more about how our new eco medspa treatemnts can benefit you!
